4. If a promo code is required to trigger the product promotion, it is noted on the page. You must enter the promo code during checkout for the promotion to be applied. Orders submitted without a valid promo code – at the time of purchase – are not eligible to receive the promotion. Promotional products cannot be shipped separately, nor can discounts be applied after the order is submitted.
