What is the Loyalty Rewards program?
               Loyalty Rewards is our way of rewarding  loyal Members with free products and other great  benefits.
How does the program work?
               Place  a monthly Loyalty Order of $150 or more (excluding order charges and taxes) and  let the benefits begin. As part of the Shaklee Family, start earning  points in the program immediately.
To qualify for the program, you must be a Member.
What benefits do I  receive?
               You’ll  receive free products when you redeem your points, but the benefits don’t stop  there. You’ll also qualify for a special birthday gift and other exclusive  offers throughout the year.
How do I receive my  special birthday gift?
               New Members must wait 20 days from joining to redeem points or receive a   free birthday product. If your birthday is updated in your profile, a   free birthday product will automatically be added to your order when you   place a Loyalty Order of $150 or more during your birthday month. The   birthday gift will be sent to the primary account member only.
Does it cost anything to join Loyalty Rewards?
               Loyalty Rewards is completely free to  Members. You’re enrolled automatically  when you place a monthly Loyalty Order of $150 or more.

How can I earn points?
               Keep  living healthy and earn more rewards. Each month, you will receive a percentage  of what you spend on your recurring monthly Loyalty Orders back in points. You  earn Loyalty Points on every $150 or more Loyalty Orders you place. 
Members can set up a Loyalty Order for any day of the month. Ambassadors and above must place their Loyalty Orders between the 1st and the 15th of the month to maintain their point earning level. Loyalty Rewards points apply to the first $500 in qualifying orders, with a maximum of 75 eligible points earned each month.
How are points  calculated?
               Loyalty Orders of $150 or more earn  points. During consecutive months 1–3, earn 5% back in points on your  qualifying Loyalty Orders of $150 or more. If you keep your Loyalty Order  in place during months 4–6, earn 10% of your order back in points. For consistent  recurring Loyalty Orders from months 7 and beyond, earn 15% of your order back  in points. Loyalty Orders must be consecutive month to month to move up to a  new point earning tier. If a month is missed, you will drop back to earning 5%  and no points will be earned for that month. If no order is placed in any given  month, you will lose your points. Members can set up a Loyalty Order for any  day of the month. Ambassadors and above must place their Loyalty Orders between  the 1st and the 15th of the month to maintain their point earning level.
How much are points  worth?
               One point is  worth $1. If you earn 100 points, you can redeem the points for $100 worth of product.  You must have enough points in your balance to redeem a Shaklee product.
Do all my purchases  count toward my points?
               All Loyalty  Orders of $150 or more will earn you Loyalty Points. You must have a $150+ Loyalty Order  consecutively, month to month to move up to a new point earning tier. $150+ Loyalty  Orders scheduled every 60 days are not considered consecutive month to month so  they cannot be used to move up to a new point earning tier. Members can set up  a Loyalty Order for any day of the month. Ambassadors and above must place  their Loyalty Orders between the 1st and the 15th of the month to earn points  and maintain their point earning level.
Can I lose my points?
               If you don’t  have a Loyalty Order or standard order of at least $1 in each calendar month,  you’ll lose your Loyalty Rewards points.
Do points expire?
               No. Loyalty Points in Canada do not expire (except New Members or Ambassadors receive 25 points when they join, and those points expire after 90 days if not used).
What happens to my  points when I return an item for which I redeemed points?
               The points will  not be returned to your account.
What happens if I  return an item from my Loyalty Order on which I earned points?
               The points  earned for that returned item will be removed from your account.
I don’t think my point  balance is correct. What should I do?

Is there a maximum number of points I can earn?
               Loyalty Points apply to the first $500 in  qualifying orders each month with a maximum of 75 eligible points earned each  month.
How do I join Loyalty Rewards?
               Place a monthly Loyalty Order of $150  or more and you will automatically be enrolled in Loyalty Rewards. Members  can place an order any day of the month. And the best part of your Loyalty  Order is that you never run out of the products you love. You need to be a  Member to take part in the program.
How do I create a Loyalty  Order?
               You will have the option of  placing items on a recurring Loyalty Order on each Product Page or once you are  in your cart. You can also create Loyalty Orders from the Manage Loyalty Orders page in  your profile. You have the option to choose a 30, 60 or 90-day frequency for your  Loyalty Order.
What happens if I miss  a month of Loyalty Orders?
               If you don’t place a $150 or more Loyalty Order each month, you drop back to the 5% point earning level, just like when you started the program, and you do not earn points for that month.
Can I lose my points?
               If you do not have a Loyalty Order or standard  order of at least $1 in each calendar month, you will lose your points. 
Are there membership  levels in the program?
               There are no membership levels in the program.  However, the percentage of points you earn increases at month 4 and month 7, so  you are rewarded for your recurring monthly Loyalty Orders.
How can I change or cancel a Loyalty Order? 
               You may change or cancel your Loyalty Order at any time by  visiting your account on ca.shaklee.com or calling 1-800-263-6674. 
How do I redeem my  points?
               You can redeem a maximum of 100 Loyalty Points per order. In  your cart, click the option to redeem points. You must have enough points to  redeem for the entire product at your price tier (exclusive of order charges  and applicable taxes). For example, if you order a product that costs $49.95,  you need to have 49.95 points in your account. 
Is there a charge to  redeem my points?
               No. Redeeming  points is free, but a minimum Loyalty Order or standard order of $100 is  required at the time you redeem your points. Keep in mind that order charges may  apply.
Can I use my points  with other discounts?
               Yes. Points  can be combined with other discounts unless otherwise noted.
What items don’t  qualify for point redemption?
               Points can be redeemed on most Shaklee products.  Some exclusions apply, such as business tools,  join kits,  accessories, and Shaklee products with a promotional discount.
Are my points  transferable to a friend or family member?
               No. Points are  non-transferable, so redeem them on something special just for you.
Do I need to place a minimum  order when I redeem my points?
               Yes. A  minimum Loyalty Order or standard order of $100 or more is required to redeem  points. You can only use points on an order if you have enough of them in your  balance.
