Hello! I am a busy mom to 4 active kids (10,9,6,2), I also work full time in health care as an ANM in L&D. My passion for Health and Wellness began 9 years ago after my 2nd was born, what started as a way to shed some LBS and fit into "real clothes" quickly became so much more.
