Dosage
ADULTS: mix 3 tablespoons (28 g) with a glass of milk, juice, water or your favourite beverage. Take once a day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year.

CAUTIONS: use this product as a nutrition health product only. Do not use for weight reduction. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if: you are pregnant or breastfeeding or taking blood thinners or hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including thyroid hormone replacement therapy; you have a liver disorder, develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine) or have a history of hormonal or gynecological disease, including ovarian cancer, endometriosis, and/or uterine fibroids. Ensure you are up-to-date on mammograms and gynecological evaluations prior to use. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness, or if you experience a recurrence of menstruation and/or uterine spotting.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS: do not use this product if you currently have or previously had breast cancer and/or breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer.
