Great for endurance recoveryI fell in love with this product while training for my second Ironman 70.3 triathlon. It was incredibly helpful for recovering after long training sessions. I found it helped relieve DOMS symptoms (muscle soreness) and also helped aid in a good nights’ sleep. Post-race, I noticed an immediate decrease in acute muscle pain and increased relaxation after taking Recovery Complex. I lean on this product for all heavy training days.

Works great for recovery!I got this product given to me for free by a rep. Prior to that I wasn’t familiar with the benefits of tart cherry for recovery. I did a little research and started taking it before bed on the days I would lift heavier and knew I would likely experience muscle soreness the following day. This supplement works great! My muscle soreness is noticeably and dramatically reduced compared to before I started using it. Better for recovery than BCAA’s in my opinion. I am hooked! One of my favourite Shaklee products!
