What is the Loyalty Rewards program?
Loyalty Rewards is our way of rewarding loyal Preferred Members and Distributors with free products and other great benefits.

How does the program work?
Place a monthly Loyalty Order of $150+ (excluding order charges and taxes) and let the benefits begin. As part of the Shaklee Family, you can start earning points in the program immediately.

To qualify for the program, you must be a Preferred Member, Distributor, or Business Leader.

What benefits do I receive?
You’ll receive free products when you redeem your points, but the benefits don’t stop there. You’ll also qualify for a special birthday gift and other exclusive offers throughout the year.

How do I receive my special birthday gift?
A free birthday product will be added to your order automatically when you place a Loyalty Order of $150 or more during your birthday month (starting as early as the month after you join Shaklee). Distributors and above must place the order between the 1st and 15th day of the month. You must be in the Loyalty Rewards program for at least one month prior to your birthday to receive a free product. The birthday gift will be sent to the primary account member only.

Does it cost anything to join Loyalty Rewards?
Loyalty Rewards is completely free to Preferred Members, Distributors, and Business Leaders. You’re enrolled automatically when you place a monthly Loyalty Order of $150 or more.

How can I earn points?
Keep living healthy and earn more rewards. Each month, you’ll receive a percentage of what you spend on your consecutive Loyalty Orders back in points.

Distributor or above? Make sure you place your qualifying order between the 1st and 15th of the month to earn points.

How are points calculated?
Consistent Loyalty Orders of $150 or more earn more points. During months 1–3, earn 5% back in points on your Loyalty Order of $150 or more. If you keep your Loyalty Order in place during months 4–6, earn 10% of your order back in points. For consistent Loyalty Orders from months 7 and beyond, earn 15% of your order back in points. Loyalty Orders must be consecutive. If a month is missed, you’ll drop back to earning 5% and your point balance will zero out. If no order is placed in any given month, you’ll forfeit the points in your balance.

How much are points worth?
One point is worth $1. If you earn 100 points, you can redeem the points for $100 worth of product. You must have enough points in your balance to redeem a Shaklee product.

Do all my purchases count toward my points?
All Loyalty Orders of $150 or more will count toward your points.

Can I lose my points?
If you don’t have a Loyalty Order or standard order of at least $1 in each calendar month, you’ll lose your Loyalty Rewards points. Distributors and above must place their order between the 1st and 15th of the month.

Can Distributors and Business Leaders lose their Shipping Rewards points?
No monthly minimum order is required to keep Distributor Shipping Rewards points, but make sure to place a monthly order between the 1st and 15th of the month to keep your Loyalty Rewards points.

What happens to my points when I return an item for which I redeemed points?
The points will not be returned to your account.

What happens if I return an item from my Loyalty Order on which I earned points?
The points earned for that returned item will be removed from your account.

I don’t think my point balance is correct. What should I do?

Is there a maximum number of points I can earn?
Loyalty points apply to the first $500 in qualifying orders each month. Distributors can also earn up to 25 points per month for a Loyalty Order and standing shipping costs (i.e., order charges).

How do I join Loyalty Rewards?
Place and maintain a monthly Loyalty Order of $150 or more and you’ll be enrolled automatically in Loyalty Rewards. Members can place an order any day of the month. Distributors and above must place an order between the 1st and 15th day of the month. And the best part of your Loyalty Order is that you never run out of the products you love.

You need to be a Preferred Member, Distributor, or Business Leader to take part in the program.

How do I create a Loyalty Order?
You’ll have the option of placing items on a recurring Loyalty Order once you’re in your cart. Members and Distributors can also create Loyalty Orders from the Manage Loyalty Order page in your profile.

What happens if I miss a month of Loyalty Orders?
If you don’t place a Loyalty Order in each month, you drop back to the 5% level of points, just like when you started the program, and you don’t earn points for that month.

Can I lose my points?
If you don’t have a Loyalty Order or standard order at all for the month, you’ll lose your points.

Are there membership levels in the program?
There are no membership levels in the program. However, the percentage of points you earn increases at month 4 and month 7, so you’re rewarded for your consistent loyalty.

How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem a maximum of 100 Rewards points per order. In your cart, click the option to redeem points. You must have enough points to redeem for the entire product at your price tier (exclusive of order charges and applicable taxes). For example, if you order a product that costs $49.95, you need to have 49.95 points in your account. Loyalty Rewards and Distributor Shipping Rewards can be combined when redeeming points on eligible orders.

Is there a charge to redeem my points?
No. Redeeming points is free, but a minimum Loyalty Order or standard order of $100 is required at the time you redeem your points. Keep in mind that order charges may apply.

Can I use my points with other discounts?
Yes. Points can be combined with other discounts unless otherwise noted.

What items don’t qualify for point redemption?
Points can be redeemed on most Shaklee products. Some exclusions apply, such as business tools, join kits, accessories, and any Shaklee product with a promotional discount.

Are my points transferable to a friend or family member?
No. Points are non-transferable, so redeem them on something special just for you.

Do I need to place a minimum order when I redeem my points?
Yes. A minimum Loyalty Order or standard order of $100 or more is required to redeem points. You can only use points on an order if you have enough of them in your balance.

Do the products that are redeemed with points have PV?
There is no PV (Point Value) on any product that’s purchased with points from Loyalty Rewards.
